Lake Conroe
The lake-side propertiesmost crews skip.
Bentwater, April Sound, Walden, Point Aquarius, Seven Coves — the long drives off FM 1097 and 105 add miles to a route, so most weekly crews won’t commit to the lake side. We run a dedicated Tuesday/Thursday loop out there because the lake homes deserve the same crisp lines as a Conroe cul-de-sac.

- Lake Conroe, Willis, Cut and Shoot, and out toward Montgomery — yes. We run a Tuesday/Thursday route on the lake side and a Monday/Wednesday route on the Conroe / Magnolia side. The Woodlands and Spring are on the Friday route.
- Yes. Weekly customers get the best results because the lawn stays healthier, but we do one-time cuts and pre-listing yard prep when it makes sense — common before a Lake Conroe rental turnover.
- Monthly billing on a flat rate works for most people. We invoice on the 1st for the month ahead. Per-visit billing is fine too if you prefer it.
- No. The Chief runs every job. Same crew, same truck, same morning every week — that’s the whole point of the name.
- Yes — general liability and coverage for the crew on every visit. Happy to send the certificate to your HOA or property manager.
- Conroe rain happens. We push to the next dry day, usually within 24 to 48 hours. You will hear from us if it slips beyond that.
