Services

Everything we do —in plain English.

We’ll quote any of these on-site. The price you get is the price you pay — no surprise add-ons, no upsells.

  • Weekly Mowing

Crisp, even cut on your schedule — front, back, side yards, with edged borders and blown-clean walks every visit.

Weekly or bi-weekly mowing on St. Augustine, Bermuda, or Zoysia — cut height adjusted by season so the turf keeps moisture through Conroe summers and never gets scalped. Sharp blades, mulch-cut by default, bagging on request. Edged at every visit; walks, drives, and patios blown clean before we leave.

  • Edging & Trimming

Clean, deliberate edges along beds, walks, and drives — and string-trim around fences, posts, and live oaks.

Power-edged borders that stay sharp the full week, careful trim work around obstacles a mower cannot reach (mailboxes, A/C units, sprinkler heads, the swingset), and a final pass with the blower so nothing carries over to the patio or street.

  • Bed Maintenance

Hand-pull weeds, refresh mulch, prune azaleas and ornamentals at the right time, and keep the beds looking like someone tends them.

Hand-pulled weeds (no glyphosate near edibles unless you ask), seasonal pruning timed to each plant — azaleas after bloom, crape myrtles in late winter — and a fresh mulch top-up every spring and fall to keep moisture in and weeds suppressed.

  • Leaf & Seasonal Cleanup

Big spring and fall resets — pine straw, oak leaves, sticks out; mulch, edges, and beds reset for the season.

A full-property reset twice a year. Spring: cut back perennials, remove winter debris, edge beds, refresh mulch. Fall: bag the heavy oak-leaf drop, clear pine straw from gutters from the ground, cut back what wants cutting, prep the lawn for the short Conroe dormancy.

  • Sod Installation

St. Augustine, Bermuda, or Zoysia — graded, laid, rolled, and a watering schedule you can actually follow.

Soil prep, light grading, fresh sod laid in a brick-pattern with tight seams, rolled in, and a printed watering schedule for the first three weeks. We come back at week two to check root contact and re-seam any gaps.

Starts at $750 · per visit

  • Mulch Installation

Hardwood, cedar, or dyed black — installed at the right depth so the beds look fresh and the weeds give up.

Bulk-delivered mulch (or bagged, your call), hand-spread to a consistent 2 to 3 inches around plants and trees with a clean edge against the lawn. We pull out last year’s clumped or sour-smelling mulch first if it needs it.

Starts at $95 · per visit

  • Sprinkler Tune-Ups

Spring start-up, summer adjustments, fall blow-out — and we fix the head you keep meaning to call about.

Seasonal start-up and shutdown, head replacements, broken-line repairs, controller programming for the Conroe water schedule, and a walk-through with you to make sure every zone is hitting what it should.

  • Outdoor Handyman

Fence pickets, gate latches, pressure-washing the patio, hauling the brush pile — small outdoor fixes between routes.

A short list of outdoor handyman work we do for weekly customers when the schedule allows: replace a few fence pickets, re-set a leaning post, swap a gate latch, pressure-wash the back patio, haul off a brush pile after a storm. Quoted on-site, never tacked onto the mowing invoice without a heads-up.

Most weekly customers add cleanups, mulch, and the odd hardscape job — there’s usually a flat-rate way to handle that.
